Running out of data: checking what is left and adding more
You can see what is left at any time, and add data to the same eSIM without installing anything new.
How much is left
Sign in to My eSIMs with your email address: each eSIM shows the data left and the days left. We also email you when a fifth of your plan is left, and before the plan ends.
Adding data
Under My eSIMs, press Add data on the eSIM and pick a plan. It is added to the same eSIM: nothing to install, and it works as soon as it is paid.
Automatic top-up
If you would rather not think about it, switch on automatic top-up for that eSIM under My eSIMs. When the data runs low, the same plan is added and charged to the card you saved, and you get a receipt each time. You can switch it off at any moment.
