Who you're buying from
QuikRoam is operated by Syntropy Solutions, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company in the United States. These terms are the agreement between you and Syntropy Solutions, LLC for any purchase made on quikroam.com.
What we sell
QuikRoam sells prepaid mobile data plans, delivered as eSIM profiles sourced from partner mobile networks. Plans cover data only — no voice calls or SMS.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where your location requires it. Payment is processed by Stripe; QuikRoam never sees or stores your full card number.
When your plan starts
A plan's validity period starts when your eSIM first connects to a network, or on the date stated on the plan if it says otherwise. Buying a plan does not start the clock.
Acceptable use
Plans are for personal, non-commercial data use. Don't use a QuikRoam eSIM for automated traffic, resale, or in a way that abuses a partner network's fair-use limits.
Automatic top-up
Automatic top-up is off unless you switch it on for an eSIM under My eSIMs and save a card, or tick "Top up automatically" when you buy a new eSIM, which keeps the card you pay with for it. While it is on, each time 20% of that eSIM's data is left we add the same plan again and charge the saved card the plan's price at that time, plus tax where it applies, and email you a receipt. There is no limit on how many times this can happen. You can switch it off at any moment, and it switches itself off if a charge fails. Each automatic top-up is an order like any other and follows the refund policy.
Gift cards
A QuikRoam gift card is bought on quikroam.com/gift for $10, $25 or $50 and paid by card. Its code is emailed to the person it is for, at once or, for a buyer's first purchase, within a day. The code is redeemed whole into the gift balance of a signed-in QuikRoam account, by anyone other than the buyer, and the gift balance then pays first for any eSIM or top-up, up to the whole price. Gift cards and gift balances never expire and carry no fees of any kind. They cannot be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it, and a redeemed balance cannot be moved to another account. Until its code is redeemed, the buyer may ask [email protected] for a full refund, and a lost code is replaced with a new one, after which the old code no longer works. When an order paid with a gift balance is refunded, that part goes back to the gift balance, never to a card. If the payment for a gift card is refunded or disputed, the card is void; if it was already redeemed, its amount is taken back from the gift balance it went into, which can leave that balance below zero until later gift cards cover it. Gift cards are issued by Syntropy Solutions, LLC.

Your right to cancel in the EU, the UK and Switzerland
If you buy as a consumer living in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you may cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. At checkout you ask us to deliver your eSIM straight away, within that period. Until you install the eSIM you can cancel for a full refund with the Request refund button on your order page. If you cancel after installing it, write to [email protected] within the 14 days with your order number and the words "I withdraw from my order"; we refund what you paid less the share of the plan you have used. Once a plan has been used in full, the right to cancel ends.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, QuikRoam's liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. QuikRoam is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including a missed connection caused by a network issue outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
