New phone, or deleted the eSIM by mistake
An eSIM is downloaded once, to one phone. It cannot be copied to another phone, and a removed eSIM usually cannot be downloaded again. That is how eSIMs work everywhere, not a QuikRoam rule.
Before you change phones
If the eSIM is not installed yet, install it on the new phone. If it is installed and you still need it, keep the old phone until the trip is over, or write to us first.
Deleted it, or the phone broke
Write to us from the help page or the chat with your order number. We check the eSIM's state with the network and, where it cannot be used again, issue a replacement eSIM for the same plan.
Never installed it?
An eSIM that was never installed can be refunded from your order page within 30 days of buying, with no need to write to anyone.
